The APAC has a Telecoil Loop system for hearing impaired.
A hearing loop (sometimes called an audio induction loop) is a special type of sound system for use by people with hearing aids. The hearing loop provides a magnetic, wireless signal that is picked up by the hearing aid when it is set to ‘T’ (Telecoil) setting. The hearing loop consists of a microphone to pick up the spoken word; an amplifier which processes the signal which is then sent through the final piece; the loop cable, a wire placed around the perimeter of the auditorium to act as an antenna that radiates the magnetic signal to the hearing aid.
Our Loop system was generously provided by Upper Valley Hearing and Balance! Thank you so much for ensuring that everyone can hear and enjoy the shows clearly!
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited in the Arbogast Performing Arts Center with the exception of trained service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities. Service animals are welcome inside the venue, but must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Service animals will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. When ordering tickets, it is important to indicate that you are bringing a service dog. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Arbogast Performing Arts Center guests and employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.
